Author of the book, Almost British, a historic and autobiographical account of life and work in Britain capturing her experiences as a Windrush child and adult. Copies of the book will be available at a discounted price. Nairobi is also a performance poet and an all-round talent, performing different styles of poetry from traditional rhyme to colourful blank verse patois.
